So have some examples at the ready e.g. this could be based around teamwork, problem solving or working under pressure. It can be helpful to remember the STAR technique for answering these types of questions – Situation, Task, Action, Result – with the focus of your answer being based around what action you took and what you learnt from the result.
It shows you have really thought about the role and why you wish to work there.
